We welcome the community to join in the inaugural worship service of Trinity Chapel Charlotte (Presbyterian Church, ARP). Trinity Chapel Charlotte is a traditional parish church in the Presbyterian and Reformed tradition (part of the ARPC). We exist to gather, grow, and send forth strong disciples of Jesus Christ so there will be a multitude of souls safe in the arms of Jesus when He comes again.
We seek to move towards this vision with a three-stream ministry: Biblical-liturgical-missional:
Biblical: We preach, study, pray, and sing the Bible.
Liturgical: We seek to express our faith with reverent worship in the historical Christian faith that is marked by awe balanced with joy, and order balanced with spontaneity. We “mark time” by the ancient calendar of the Church Year.
Missional: By “missional” we mean to say that we desire to be intentional in all that we do to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus for the healing of our generation and to fulfill God’s mission in the world, the mission of redemption of all things through His Son our Savior Jesus Christ.
Please pray about joining with us on this historic occasion. From the Call to Worship to the Benediction, we conduct our service for the glory and honor of God and for the blessing of the People.
“Lord, who sent Your only Son to live the life we could never live and die the death that should have been ours, move, through the power of Thy Holy Spirit, upon those for whom we have been planted, so that they, too, may be enfold into the life of our Lord Jesus Christ, enjoying His presence, experiencing His healing, and living in the expectation of His glorious return. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.”
